• Email Account Settings: Information about connected Gmail accounts
• Active Selections: Your currently selected email template and account

2.2 Information We Process (Not Stored)

The extension temporarily processes the following information to provide its functionality:

• Load Details: Information extracted from TruckStop.com and DAT Load Boards pages (origin, destination, rates, dates, broker contact information)
• Email Content: Email messages you compose using the extension

This information is processed in your browser's memory and is not stored permanently or transmitted to third parties (except when you explicitly send an email through Gmail).

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be clear about what we don't collect:

When you sign in with Google:

• We request access to your Gmail account to send emails on your behalf
• We request basic profile information (name, email) to personalize your experience
• OAuth tokens are stored securely by Chrome's identity API
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account permissions

• Note: You must have accounts with these services; we don't interact with them directly

6.2 Uninstalling the Extension

To completely remove all data:

1. Go to chrome://extensions
2. Find "Cinesis Extension"
3. Click "Remove"
4. Revoke OAuth permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions

7. Children's Privacy

Cinesis Extension is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through our extension, please contact us immediately.

8. Data Retention

Data retention is managed by you:

• Local data persists until you uninstall the extension or clear Chrome storage
• OAuth tokens expire according to Google's policies (typically refreshed automatically)
• Email templates remain until you delete them
• No data is retained on external servers

9. International Data Transfers

Since all data is stored locally on your device, there are no international data transfers. When you send an email through Gmail, Google's Privacy Policy governs how that data is handled.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top
• We will notify you of significant changes through the extension or Chrome Web Store listing
• Your continued use of the extension after changes indicates acceptance
